By creating an account or using Bananator AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Bananator AI. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use Bananator AI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems
• Scrape, spam, or overload the platform
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Bananator AI uses a credit system to power AI generation. Credits are consumed per request based on the model and resolution selected. Credits are non-refundable except in cases of platform-side failures (which are refunded automatically).

We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and plan structures with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of the images you generate using Bananator AI, subject to the limitations of the underlying AI model providers' terms (primarily Google Gemini).

By generating content through the Service, you grant Bananator AI a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content within your account library.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

We strive for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

Bananator AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
